Seahawk playoff football.
This was certainly a day to remember.
Probably some of the worst shooting conditions I have ever encountered. Eventually I forced myself to accept the fact that I was going to get drenched and just go for it.
Started out by walking a mile down to Hawk Alley to check out the tailgating and catch up with some friends. I’ve never seen a Seahawk Sunday tailgate row be so empty. But that was simply because the rain was straight sideways. Tents were toppled, people jammed into RVs.
It simply poured.
But it made for a fun experience. My gear got soaked, even through my make-shift ziplock/ electrical tape lens covers.
A defensive battle ensued.
For the 8th straight game, the Seahawks gave up LESS than 21 points. Insanity.
We had our swagger on, and the place was loud. Honestly not as loud as I’ve heard it in games past. I can assume the weather and rain takes the fansanity level down a couple notches.
But we pulled out the victory, all though it never should have been as close as it was. But that is how we roll.
